Called comfort air for our yearly check up. Mike did an excellent job looking over our entire system and telling us what needed to be done to keep our unit running efficiently. He wasn't pushy like some people in the past have been. He presented different payment options for the services we needed. I would definitely recommend him and the company to my friends and family. Will also try to request Mike for future visits.
Gavin was nice. However from the minute he walked in the door, he began talking to me about purchasing a new system and how much better that would be for me. I'm not sure what he did for the ""tune up"" because he was in and out quickly. I had a second company give me a second opinion on his recommendations. The second company said it wasn't as critical as I was led to believe, actually took the outside unit apart and made recommendations. Their ""tune up"" was the same price but much much much more thorough.
