I'm not sure what he did for the ""tune up"" because he was in and out quickly. I had a second company give me a second opinion on his recommendations. The second company said it wasn't as critical as I was led to believe, actually took the outside unit apart and made recommendations. Their ""tune up"" was the same price but much much much more thorough.
