Launched in 2005, Absolute Power Electrical Contractors caters to San Antonio and the surrounding regions. Alongside our dedication to service, our staff brings over 100 years of joint experience in the power industry.

Our expertise includes tilt-up wall projects, design-build, new construction projects, tenant finish-out, retail spaces, and restaurants.

We maintain all required licenses and insurance, and we are also UB, HABE, Minority Business Enterprise, and SBE certified.

Rooted in San Antonio, Texas, Absolute Power Electrical Contractors provides expert electrical design services for both industrial and private clients across Texas.

George Salinas, a San Antonio native, was introduced to the power field through a vocational program at Holmes High School. He developed his skills in the electrical sector and in 1994, at only 17, secured a position as an Apprentice Electrician at Certified Electric. After four years, George advanced to become a Journeyman Electrician and soon became the role of Supervisor of Operations.

By 2004, George began the journey to own his own business. Managing his roles as a full-time father and electrician, George trained and in May 2005, achieved the Master Electrician Exam. After 11.5 years with Certified Electric, George started the paperwork to become a licensed Electrical Contractor in Texas. Absolute Power Electrical Contractors formally opened its doors in May 2005. As of November 2005, George employed his first team member, and today, the company has developed to support 50 dedicated employees.
