Launched in 2005, Absolute Power Electrical Contractors supports San Antonio and the surrounding communities. Together with our commitment to professionalism, our office team brings over a hundred years of collective experience in the power industry.

We specialize in tilt wall construction, design-build projects, from the ground up projects, tenant finish-out, commercial retail, and restaurants.

We hold all required licenses and insurance, and we are also UB, HABE certified, Minority Business Enterprise, and SBE.

Located in San Antonio, Texas, Absolute Power Electrical Contractors delivers high-quality electrical design services for both commercial and residential clients across Texas.

George Salinas, a San Antonio native, discovered the electrical field through a vocational program at Holmes High School. He refined his skills in the electrical sector and in 1994, at only 17, secured a position as an Apprentice Electrician at Certified Electric. Four years later, George progressed to become a Journeyman Electrician and soon assumed the role of Supervisor of Operations.

As of 2004, George initiated the steps to establish his own business. Managing his roles as a full-time father and electrician, George studied and in May 2005, successfully passed the Master Electrician Exam. Upon 11.5 years with Certified Electric, George initiated the paperwork to become a licensed Electrical Contractor in Texas. Absolute Power Electrical Contractors officially opened its doors in May 2005. As of November 2005, George hired his first team member, and today, the company has grown to include 50 talented employees.
