With over 20 years in the electrical field, Josh has honed his skills. Starting at age 15, Josh turned obstacles into stepping stones in his electrical career. Driven and ambitious, Josh advanced from a residential apprentice to a commercial journeyman foreman, overseeing large projects and a team of 13.

At just 21, Josh earned his state license and certification, a remarkable feat for his age. In 2003, Josh founded Absolute Electric. He noticed a gap in the industry regarding quality personal customer service. Absolute Electric was created to bring back exceptional personal service to the industry.
