With over 20 years in the electrical field, Josh has honed his skills. Starting at age 15, Josh turned obstacles into stepping stones in his electrical career. With determination, Josh climbed the ranks from a residential apprentice to a commercial journeyman foreman, leading major projects and a team of 13.

At the young age of 21, Josh qualified for his state license and certification, a significant milestone. In 2003, he launched Absolute Electric. Josh saw that many service sectors were missing genuine personal customer service. Absolute Electric was built on the principle of restoring high-quality personal service to the electrical field.
