Josh has spent more than 20 years in the electrical industry. He transformed challenges into opportunities when he began his full-time electrician career at 15. With determination, Josh climbed the ranks from a residential apprentice to a commercial journeyman foreman, leading major projects and a team of 13.

At the young age of 21, Josh qualified for his state license and certification, a significant milestone. In 2003, Josh founded Absolute Electric. He noticed a gap in the industry regarding quality personal customer service. The foundation of Absolute Electric is centered on reintroducing high-quality personal service to the electrical sector.
