Josh has spent more than 20 years in the electrical industry. Starting at age 15, Josh turned obstacles into stepping stones in his electrical career. Highly motivated, Josh progressed from a residential apprentice to a commercial journeyman foreman, managing significant projects and a crew of 13.

By age 21, Josh achieved his state license and certification, an impressive accomplishment for someone so young. In 2003, Josh founded Absolute Electric. He recognized that many service industries lacked quality personal customer service. The foundation of Absolute Electric is centered on reintroducing high-quality personal service to the electrical sector.
