Shortly after placing this review, I received a call from a representative from ABC, Mr. Riggs. Mr. Riggs was pleasant and wanted to make amends for the negative experience I had with his firm and offered to refund the $265. He also stated that Google was responsible for monitoring reviews, and ABC had no hand in their removal.
A day or two afterward another ABC representative, Mr. Myers, called. I explained to him that Mr. Riggs had already called, and we had reached an agreement.
I'm delighted to report that yesterday I received a $265 check from Mr. Riggs.

I use ABC for HVAC and plumbing. Renovating our kitchen and wanted to branch off existing gas line to add gas range. Santiago did the work and he was friendly, professional, responsive and thorough!

I have (hopefully, had) a rat problem which appeared when we were gone from our home during Christmas...from my initial visit from Darrell, who came & did an in-depth inspection, to Bo, who came today, sealed the entry points and set traps for my little friends - there are no complaints! Both gentlemen were professional and thoroughly explained what was being done. I am very satisfied with their work so far - two follow up visits are scheduled to check and/or reset the traps. Now some may say they are pricey, but in my opinion, you can't put a price on peace of mind! A follow up review will be made in due time.
Susan A.For the second year in a row the holiday lighting crew failed to show up until almost dark to put up our lights which ended up being delayed until the following day. Go with someone else if you can. Not really worth the money.
Tony B.Was charged a premium to have backflow and prv valve replaced. Plumber cracked valve box for irrigation backflow valve, reinstalled valve boxes 2 inches above ground ( could no longer mow grass around boxes). And plumber left 10"" valve box without cover before a 1""plus rain. Pressure for house was also installed too low. Asked to speak to manager and never received a call back. Texted plumber to increase pressure.Spend 2 hrs replacing valve boxes. Next day plumber installs incorrect valve box cover and doesn't correct pressure. Spend another 2 hrs buying new 10"" box and replacing it with proper fitting.
Management did eventually reach out to correct my concerns. Hopefully this was just a one-off situation.
The one star I am giving is purely for the fact that when you speak with someone on the phone they are not rude and are pleasant enough. Technicians who come out are clean and polite...okay, maybe I should have given two stars. However, their service does not work...they walk around with a small regular aerosol can with a red straw on it and spray minimal points inside house...hence I have roaches running freely! Whatever they use it does not kill them. I cancelled my service in July...over the phone we agreed that I would have one last service in August and that August payment would be last. August ran away from me as I had major abdominal surgery to remove a cancerous node and when I called today (September 4th) to arrange for final service they said they could not help me ...that it was too late. I said first of all your product doesn't work and secondly shouldn't they have called me to schedule? I never write reviews but this was not a good way to do business! Very disappointed.

I paid. Nearly $900 for initial treatment then $57 every month and the rodent issue persists.
The technician Larry Olsen was suburb. As a courtesy he would rebait traps. This customer service is appreciated and goes a long way in keeping me as a loyal customer. New tech Joe barely spent 2 min servicing the home interior. So where is this guarantee???
I refuse to let technicians with no work ethic in my home to continue servicing.
Supposedly service Mgr to call me to discuss as they cannot change assigned tech Joe. I was told Rudy was taking Joe's place, now Joe is coming. I don't want technicians with no work ethic in my home especially since I have paid neatly $1500 and the rodent issue persists.
So where is CEO to stand behind this guarantee? Do I need to file a BBB complaint???
Didi M.They also put Christmas lights up for an arm and a leg. The guy who poked our eyes said if a light goes out just call and they will be here right away.. 5 weeks later.. still waiting. They only put lights at the top of the house and they stop at the very front edge.. they don't go around the corner or the side to trim the side. They are very expensive .. we were suckered into believing the sales guy. I have a modest house.. for the cost o could've gone on a trip ... said no but my husband fell for it.. like I said still waiting for the replacement of two bulbs!! I wouldn't trust them with my lawn!!

Texperts come back! Waited all morning for a scheduled appointment between 8 and 12 for just a maintenance call. Never showed up. Apparently you must confirm the appointment several times for them to actually show up. Who knew?!!!
