Horrible prices, I swear they quote you on ridiculous amounts and assure you we won't find anybody else lower. If you think that's bad there service is the real killers, you'd almost assume they are joking with how bad there work really is. I don't even wanna go into the phone conversation, You tell them what you need done, this guy says and I quote ""What does that have to do with me"" You think he might be joking with that too but he is dead serious, I had to back to talk to some one who wasn't good just a little less disrespectful, Do not, I repeat do not waste your time with them, your only paying for high priced asses who do jobs a 7 year old with some sheers could have actually done better, I'm serious about that too.

Just had my Oak trees trimmed in my back yard. I must say that the two guys who did the work, Isaac and Isaac (really) were excellent. They were very professional and did everything that was on the estimate. Would highly recommend them to anyone that needs tree service!

Ridiculously overpriced. Wanted $811 to come do ""basic"" MOW services for 2 acres the first time, $528+ every time thereafter. Their letter stated they were ""confident you will enjoy all of the benefits ABC can provide for your home."" We are ""confident"" they are out of their F-ing minds.

Very professional from start to finish. Bobby, the scheduling receptionist was very accommodating and made extra calls to try and get us scheduled earlier. The service was quick and efficient and they got the entire house sealed up and good-to-go in a quick amount of time and at a great price!

Do NOT use ABC Pest & Lawn for services. I had them come out over the weekend and give me an estimate (which wasn't cheap BTW) to cut my grass. My regular lawn guy has been unable to come out for two weeks now and it needs cutting really, really bad. That being said I was told they would be here on Tuesday; by 3:30 pm they had not showed up. I called them on my way home from work and was told they were running behind and they would be out by the evening (no later than 8:00 pm) or first thing Wednesday morning. I knew they weren't coming Tuesday evening...not with the 3rd game of the NBA finals starting at 8:00 pm (Spurs vs. Heat).

Today (Wednesday), I get home from work and the lawn has still not been cut. I called again and was told the reason they couldn't come yesterday was because the gate was locked. They had no reason for not coming today. I call that BS...I left the gate unlocked and found it still unlocked when I got home Tuesday. I even told the person I spoke to on Saturday that I would leave the lock so that it looked like it was locked and even asked her to let them know to lock it up when they finished. It was unlocked again all day today and I had to keep dogs locked in my house two days in a row because the lawn was supposed to be cut.

Why can't people do the job they have been hired to do?

ABC did a terrible job on the first visit. They didn't remove old debreu before adding new. The service on the total yard look as though a ""teenager who really didn't want to do it' had completed the work. I cancel the service contract and will never use there services again!

2013 was my third year having ABC install my holiday lights. This year was a disaster. Apparently, the crew that took down the lights last year completely shredded the wires in their hurry to complete the job. This year, ABC had to come out at least 8 times (not counting install and take down) between November 21 and December 30 to repair shorts in the wiring on large sections of the lights on the house. The lights were off on at least half of the house for at least half of the season. They tried to blame the problem on the deer, the weather, each other, etc. When the division manager and I spoke, he ASSURED me that the one guy who seemed to know what he was doing would be here to supervise the take down. He did not show up. I now have no way of knowing whether or not my lights will even be useable next year. The supervisor for holiday lights called me to say he was sorry, but something happened and he's only human and he can only do so much...SERIOUSLY??

If you are cosidering using ABC for holiday lights beware! The service definitely deteriorates after the first year. Once you own the lights, they don't seem to care whether or not they remain in good working order.

I have found ABC Home and Commercial Services to be very professional and thorough. Our company has used them on several occasions for specialized exterminations and they have always showed up at the scheduled time and are always very good about giving us at least a day's notice for any follow up inspections scheduled so that we can notify our residents. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

The back yard was filled with those Velcro-type burr plants, and the dogs were covered with burrs every time they came in the doggy door. We have a HUGE yard (.4 acres), and it was beyond me to get it properly cleaned up - there were too many difficult to reach spots along the long fences.

ABC came out and got the job done. They sent two guys who arrived early and immediately went to work. They moved the heavy stuff that we could not, and they mowed, did full weed whacking, poisoned the bad growth in the chain-link fences, and cleared up piles of brush. Those two guys worked through the heat of the day and busted their tails to take the yard from horrible to presentable, and even got rid of about 99% of the burrs.

The dogs now can run freely without being covered in burrs, tho there are a few they still pick up because of what is laying loose on the ground, but even that will go away with a little time, mowing (which I can now do because there are far fewer obstacles), and then pre-emergent, when the time comes.

I will admit that I could have bought several lawn mowers for the price I paid to have them do the work, but they saved me weeks of work, did it very efficiently, carried off all the refuse and limbs, and generally did a bang-up job rehabbing the back yard. I am VERY SATISFIED with the work they did, and will definitely call them again when I get overwhelmed with the yard work!

And, I didn't even have to pay when the work was done, they sent me an invoice, which I paid online. AWESOME!!!

I was very disappointed in ABC. They only treat outside the house, which sounds good but doesn't work. They treated outside every other month & I had ants in my kitchen & roaches in the bathroom. The card & e-mail announced the technician would arrive between 12-4 p.m. so I rushed home hoping to pull him into the house only to find he had already been there for 3 whole minutes, 11:15-11:18 a.m. and the ants were still trailing thru my kitchen so after a year of this ineffective treatment I cancelled the service! ,
