The reviews out here do not reflect the excellent service i have had from my different ABC teams.

We have been using the lawn mowing and fefertilization service for 2 years now and the guys are friendly, like clockwork and do a great job.

We also use their tree service and their arborist Jake is top-notch. We won't let anyone else touch our fruit trees.

We use their HVAC summer/ winterization service and they are so thorough and do a great job on our AC and heater.

Appreciate all of the teams and thank you for all of thr great work.

Today, 12/3/24, ABC Home & Commercial came out to cut our lawn and did a a great job I highly recommend them. As with any maintenence program it's better to have it
on a regular basis.

MY retired Air Force neighbor called these fools for an estimate to clear his back yard of excess foliage & to remove some decking. They quoted $14000.00 for the work. When I asked why the price is so high, they replied ""quality"". WELL. Our concrete contractor neighbor did the job and built a new fence for less than $4K. The problem with companies like ABC is there are too many people in their BIG company to pay. Why did they send two estimators to the job? They are Crooks. The same goes for Elmer's, Goettle, Kinetico water softeners & Jon Wayne home services. I am surprised the owner of Jon Wayne puts himself on TV. You can see he is an alcoholic with that belly of his. My father was a plumber who has a small ad in the phone book (back in the 80s) He told me NEVER call a company with a big ad or advertises on radio or TV. They will rob you. Always find the contractor who has the smallest ad and is not that big of a company. AND does not charge just to show up. As a plumber I always give free estimates on work with a flat rate & I never blow up the job selling you more than what is needed. I am not here to advertise, just advise.

We have used multiple services for years with ABC. We have always been happy with their work. From landscaping, gutter cleaning to a/c repair and replacement.
However, have to give a special shout out to Mr. Arthur Merschat. He went above and beyond for us - taking special consideration for our comfort. He even gave up time with his family over the weekend. He was always respectful, pleasant and professional. He is a blessing to the company and customers.

Just looking at the reviews here on Yelp have left me confused---These are all old reviews and NOT indicative of the excellent experiences I have had with ABC. I would suggest readers go to ABC's actual website and read the reviews, including mine, all which reflect professionalism, follow-through, and great service.

ABC does my lawn care both seasonally and with bi-weekly maintenance. They have also come out to do sprinkler service and repair as well as fixing a broken pipe at the edge of our property. Everything ABC has done for me has been quality work, prompt and, as I said, very professional. Please go to their website to see the reviews there. Yelp reviews don't do them justice.

The techs and services they provide are always fine. I've asked them for 3 years now to please not come to my home early in the morning, as we do shift work and we have just gone to bed. Customer service consistently ignore my requests (over 6 calls). Furthermore, they text that they're ""on the way"" and take hours to arrive which causes me to sit around all day waiting to bring my dog inside. Zero stars for their lack of care. Currently finding another company to service our home for both lawn and pest control.

I am a senior citizen dealing with cancer, I have begged them for over a year to mow my lawn on highest level and to please stop hurting my pots, above ground planters and figures in my yard. I talked to sup who just brushed me off and today I sent the team away cuz they were CLUMPS of grass all over my yard from tha grass catcher being to full..bottom line my 10 year old grand child could do a better less destructive job..this has been going on for over a year. I sent pictures to Jesse and they told me they woukd not being mowing for me any longer. I would and have never recommended this company..my neighbors have all witnessed the bad job they do bit I had no choice but to keep them even though all my neighbors and friends told me to drop them after they DESTROYED a soccer ball
.never use them. this is my experience

Terrible customer service. Staff not able to schedule me for aeration as in prior years. I've had this done every November. They didn't and wouldn't do it last year. They've gone downhill since 2002.

If I have the option to give them zero star for this encounter, I would. Called them out for a weekend job. The plumber came out and gave us a quote. After negotiating with the dispatch manager, we decided to bite the bullet and repair this leak.
We signed the agreement and later on the dispatch manager called to say they need to be paid prior to the job.

Let me say we use them for the the HVAC service recently and that project costed more than 10 times of this project and paid every single penny.

We felt insulted that this so called dispatched manager Dustin Carver would even think that we would not pay after the job done this encounter.

We were return customer from good neighborhood.

If they needed to be paid before the job, why didn't they ask us to pay prior to coming out for the diagnosis?

We will be calling corporate to file an official complaint on Dustin Carver and sent them to the better business bureau.

We have another unit of hvac to be replaced and they have just lost us as customer forever.

If I were the business owner, I would seriously employ a better trained, educated, competent dispatch manager.
