We started this company once the founder invested a decade plus in the industry for rival companies. He was passionate about his work, he loved his customers, and he enjoyed contributing to introducing advanced technology into homes and offices. Yet, he found it difficult to accept the poor service quality established by management and the poor customer support from his peers.
Frequently, he observed his peers repeating tasks and offering apologies to clients for neglecting basic procedures like using drop cloths to shield belongings and double checking measurements for precision.
A local from Vero Beach and family man, he gained over a decade of practical experience within the community before starting his own business to create A1A Technologies in 2011. Having strong ties to the community and a strong intention to remain Vero Beach-based, A1A runs his business with pride.
He is a hands-on businessman who values dedication, exceeding expectations, plus maintaining high standards. From price quote to clean-up, he supervises every project at A1A. While the client base is growing and the workforce is increasing, he continues to wear his tool belt. He insists on being up to date and knowledgeable about the most recent advancements plus customizes each job to meet the client's specific needs and budget.

Margie S.I called A1A tech to install 3 tv's in my house. When I called, I was given an estimate of $340.00 for the 3 tv installation. However, I was billed nearly twice the estimate price at over $600.00. Another big issue I had with the service rendered was that they charged an hourly rate or $85.00, which was never mentioned. When the technician arrived, he said he needed to purchase parts to install the tv's and I said yes. The technician was out shopping for two and a half hours and I was being charged the hourly rate for this trip. I was frustrated to see these hours added to the bill. When I tried to find the office located on the business card, I drove to the address to find out it didn't even exist. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

He made suggestions for the best height to mount my flatscreen, reworked the cable location & concealed all of the equipment. After finishing the install, he cleaned & vacuumed the baseboards & floor. A very professional job. I will use them again and recommend them as well.
Abby R.Very friendly service although very hard to get in touch with them. The installation was both expensive and overly complicated for what should have been a very routine cabling requirement. We ended up taking out the backbone system and putting in a much simpler, less expensive and more efficient system ourselves.
Would we recommend, probably just for hanging up a television on the wall.
