About A1A Technologies:
A local business and operated, we at A1A is a family-owned, all-inclusive automation and electronics plus service provider serving Indian River County and adjacent locations. A1A was founded to deliver top-notch products along with services at competitive prices while maintaining quality or sacrificing integrity.
We started this company once the owner spent a decade plus as a field technician for rival companies. He loved his job, he cherished his customers, and he he enjoyed contributing to bringing cutting-edge technology into homes and offices. However, he struggled with were the low service standards established by management along with the poor customer support provided by his fellow technicians.
Too many times, he witnessed his peers repeating tasks and offering apologies to clients for overlooking essential tasks including using drop cloths to shield belongings and ensuring accuracy in measurements to ensure accuracy.
Born and raised in Vero Beach and family man, he racked up more than ten years of hands-on experience in Indian River County prior to launching his own venture to start A1A Technologies in 2011. With a solid community foundation and a strong intention to stay local, A1A conducts its business with a sense of pride.
He is a hands-on businessman who prioritizes commitment, going above and beyond, as well as doing things the right way. From price quote to final clean-up, he supervises each and every A1A project. Even though his customer base is expanding plus the team of skilled technicians is expanding, he continues to wear his tool belt. He is committed to staying current on the newest technologies and tailors every project to meet the client's specific needs and budgetary limits.

Margie S.I called A1A tech to install 3 tv's in my house. When I called, I was given an estimate of $340.00 for the 3 tv installation. However, I was billed nearly twice the estimate price at over $600.00. Another big issue I had with the service rendered was that they charged an hourly rate or $85.00, which was never mentioned. When the technician arrived, he said he needed to purchase parts to install the tv's and I said yes. The technician was out shopping for two and a half hours and I was being charged the hourly rate for this trip. I was frustrated to see these hours added to the bill. When I tried to find the office located on the business card, I drove to the address to find out it didn't even exist. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

He made suggestions for the best height to mount my flatscreen, reworked the cable location & concealed all of the equipment. After finishing the install, he cleaned & vacuumed the baseboards & floor. A very professional job. I will use them again and recommend them as well.
Abby R.Very friendly service although very hard to get in touch with them. The installation was both expensive and overly complicated for what should have been a very routine cabling requirement. We ended up taking out the backbone system and putting in a much simpler, less expensive and more efficient system ourselves.
Would we recommend, probably just for hanging up a television on the wall.
