A1A was founded after the founder invested over ten years as a field technician for the company's now-competitors. He loved his job, he valued his clients, and he he loved being a part of introducing advanced technology into homes and offices. Yet, he found it difficult to accept the poor service quality set by his managers along with the lack of customer service from his peers.
Frequently, he witnessed his peers have to repeat jobs or apologizing to customers for skipping the simple steps like using drop cloths to shield belongings and ensuring accuracy in measurements to guarantee correctness.
Born and raised in Vero Beach and devoted family man, he racked up a decade plus of practical experience in Indian River County before setting out on his own to start A1A Technologies in the year 2011. With a solid community foundation and an outspoken desire to stay local, A1A runs his business with integrity.
He is a hands-on businessman who prioritizes hard work, exceeding expectations, as well as ensuring quality. From the initial quote to the last detail, he supervises all A1A projects. Margie S.I called A1A tech to install 3 tv's in my house. When I called, I was given an estimate of $340.00 for the 3 tv installation. However, I was billed nearly twice the estimate price at over $600.00. Another big issue I had with the service rendered was that they charged an hourly rate or $85.00, which was never mentioned. When the technician arrived, he said he needed to purchase parts to install the tv's and I said yes. The technician was out shopping for two and a half hours and I was being charged the hourly rate for this trip. I was frustrated to see these hours added to the bill. When I tried to find the office located on the business card, I drove to the address to find out it didn't even exist. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

He made suggestions for the best height to mount my flatscreen, reworked the cable location & concealed all of the equipment. After finishing the install, he cleaned & vacuumed the baseboards & floor. A very professional job. I will use them again and recommend them as well.
Abby R.Very friendly service although very hard to get in touch with them. The installation was both expensive and overly complicated for what should have been a very routine cabling requirement. We ended up taking out the backbone system and putting in a much simpler, less expensive and more efficient system ourselves.
Would we recommend, probably just for hanging up a television on the wall.
