Made an appointment with A1. Received a confirmation of the appointment. Appointment was for 7-10am. I took off work to meet the electrician. A1 no showed for the appointment, didn't call, didn't email, and didn't text (as they did to set up and confirm the appointment).

We called A1 into our business to trouble shoot an exhaust fan. During the visit very professional, showed up on time, however once they left they never showed anyone what the problem was, showed us they got the system working. The repair person told us they would contact us back and did not. I called the office twice to ask for an explanation to see if our fan was working or not. The person in the office was asking me questions she should have known or at least call the technician to get the answer, it seemed like I was asking her to go out of her way to do her job, twice! Not the customer service I want to do business with. I even mentioned to her nicely, we would not ever use them again if they did not call back by the end of the day, I did not receive a call.

We had an huge power outage surge due to a nearby lightning strike. A1 gave us a detailed quote of work needing done, no hidden charges. They worked with me on my schedule for the work to be performed. Roy and Jose are kind, professional and get the job done in a timely manner. I Highly recommend this company.

Having some electrical issues in my house so I contacted A-1 Plus Electrical for evaluation and quotes. Jose arrived on time and was very polite and professional. He identified my problems and addressed my concerns. He explained everything in full details and gave me several options that would take care of my electrical issues. I am waiting on quotes so I can schedule appointment. Felt very comfortable with Jose and I will be requesting that he returns to complete the work.

Timely, courteous, professional. They did what they said they were going to do and did it well. The quality of the work is exceptional. I would recommend not only Matthew but the team who installed the equipment.

My main breaker went out Friday around 3. Explained the pool must run or it will turn green in a day or so and I have to leave town for a business trip. Matthew bid the job Saturday early am, crew was here 10am.

Life was back to normal in half a day.

Had a problem with our refrigerator, technician came out and checked Breakers and wiring and found no problem, determined a recent repair to the fridge was the cause. He didn't charge me at all! Very knowledgeable, professional, and quick! Highly recommend.
