Jose came to my house and cleaned up an electrical mess left by a previous electrician. Worked very neatly and efficiently, with upfront pricing so no surprises at the end. Pricing was very fair, and left me estimates for more work that I would like to have done.
Very Professional, clean, and pleasant to work with, so much so that we have called A-1 at my business for other electrical issues, and they performed like a champ again.

Where do I even start? The WORST electrical company you could ever use. EVER. I am begging you - stay away from this company.
We had them out in AUGUST to rewire for a sauna that was being installed for a client. I sent them all the specs and what was needed: 240 volt, 15 amp, Nema 6-15p outlet. I went over this multiple times and they swore they had it down. Well, it is now JANUARY and after FOUR visits to the home, they just got it right. First time they came back was because they didn't even replace the outlet for the plug like I specifically told them (that should be the easy part, right??) Justin is horrible at his job and gave me massive attitude after I put up with their bs for months. I told them multiple times something wasn't right because the sauna would not heat up. He literally told me I was wrong and their tests showed the outlet was producing 240v. WELL, after hiring another electrician to come out and check, the reader showed 122v. I then had to schedule A1 to come out YET AGAIN while the other electrician was there to prove to their face they were wrong. A1 left wires disconnected and did not wire for the correct voltage. They have not offered us a refund or even a partial refund for this 5 month headache.
To make matters worse, this sauna was for a client undergoing chemotherapy and he simply wanted this sauna to help detox. A1 is heartless, and Justin is a moron. I asked many times to speak to the company owner or to whoever is above Justin, and he continuously told me he is the highest person to talk to. Ok justin, WHATEVER. YOU DO NOT OWN A1. I hope this gets seen by whoever actually owns the company. If you had heard what Justin said to me, and how many times he ignored my calls or refused to call me back when I KNEW something was not done correctly, he would be fired.
Disgusting company and a waste of over $2000. If you want a good electrician, the man that came out and confirmed everything was done incorrectly and confirmed we were lied to for months is Glenn at Strike Electric services. 832.568.7686. He is wonderful.

I had A1 come out to install a non-GFCI outlet in our garage for a treadmill we just purchased. The overall work and timeliness was good, but that's where the good service ended. Their invoices state there is a 3% card fee for paying with a credit/debit card so I asked the tech if they accepted cash. He said yes, so I paid the tech the full balance due in cash. He took a picture of the cash and had me sign that the job was completed in full and to my satisfaction. A few days later, I start getting emails from A1 telling me the full balance is due for the work done. I called them and told them I paid the service tech cash and they need to follow up with him as he even took a picture of the cash to prove I paid for the service (his words that it was company policy when accepting cash). They said they would note the system and would contact the tech. Over the next 24 hours I received 5 additional emails stating my balance was due, I received text messages telling me I needed to pay my balance, and I even received a voicemail from someone in accounts payable saying my balance was still owed and I needed to pay it right away. I called them back the next day and firmly said they need to check with the service tech that performed the work as I paid him in full and he has the cash. I told them if they keep contacting me saying I need to pay a balance I already paid, I will have to report them. They were then very apologetic and informed me they would note the system it has been paid and I would no longer receive any further communication regarding the invoice.
I work from home and I was on the phone with my boss when they decided to call me back 4 times from 4 separate numbers (clearly I couldn't answer, nor did I want to speak with them anymore). They finally left a voice message after the 4th attempt stating they apologize and have received the cash from the tech and they have closed out my account. They will send me an invoice reflecting it was paid in full. Shortly after I got the PIF invoice.
I will never hire this company for work again, and NEVER pay cash for service work again. After I handed him the cash, I mentioned I would have paid with a card had it not been for the 3% service fee. He told me they stopped charging that months ago. I then asked if I could get my cash back and I would just pay with a card. He said it was too late as he already marked that I paid the full balance in cash.
Never again.

Had electric line cut by fence builder.
Called A1 Plus Electrical. Technician looked at problem, then tried sell a lot of unnecessary repairs such as a new electric panel box etc. Then gave an estimate on his cell phone nothing in writing. I made the mistake of signing, later to find out it was a nonrefundable
deposit. I called two hours later to cancel, because the fence contractor agreed to fix the problem.
This is a scam operation, no work has been done and they sent a bill for the rest of their money. Please watch out for these scam artists.

The underground electrical cable from our home generator to the transfer box was damaged by an AT&T subcontractor and had to be replaced. A-1 did the job and did it very professionally and quickly. I highly recommend A-1 electrical.

My underground cable to my house failed. I contacted A1 Plus and Matt arrived in a few hours. He assessed the problem and said they could start work next day. Crew showed up on time and completed the job in 2 days, made sure passed inspection and returned to cover open trench. Very satisfied with there professionalism and quality of work. They were a bit expensive but prices for everything is up. I would use them again.

TRULY THE ONLY Electrical Company you should choose. Knowledgeable, Professional, Affordable and most important Integrity. Mathew, Roy and Delvin Exceeded our expectations. Go with this company 10+ Stars
