I came to Texas in 2016 to start Lighthouse, my own electrical contracting company. I wanted to create something local that allows me to work from home instead of traveling nationwide and internationally for electrical projects as I had done before.
With a background in construction, my Grandfather directed me into the electrical trade. I entered my apprenticeship at a very young age. I learned from seasoned electricians about quality electrical installations. I still enjoy the challenges and unique skills that electrical work demands.
I worked as a Project Manager for leading electrical contracting companies in America and significant international contractors, managing projects with electrical scopes over $60 million. Even though I thrive on the challenges of complex projects and large organizations, I made the decision to start my own company after moving to Texas in 2016.
I believe the experience I gained in managing large projects and portfolios, along with insights into how successful companies operate, is best applied in a business I can build from the ground up.

A.H. Electrical Service was established in 2003 by Moses Sanchez. His motivation to create his own business stemmed from feeling unchallenged in his previous job. Even though his last job was slow, it offered him a consistent salary. Still, he wanted a more engaging path in his professional life. Thus, A.H. Electric came to life.
At just 12 years old, Skyler entered the electrical field. Skyler remained in the electrical sector until he reached 21, then he served in the military. He spent 3.5 years on active duty in the Army before returning to electrical work while also serving in the Army Reserve. Skyler obtained his journeyman’s license in 2016 and is currently working towards his master’s license. He is in charge of daily operations, ordering supplies, quality assurance, and our digital footprint.
