In 2016, I moved to Texas to establish Lighthouse, my own electrical contracting business. I sought to establish a local business that enables me to work from home rather than traveling far and wide for electrical projects as I had in the past.
Growing up in the construction industry, my Grandfather led me toward the electrical field. I started my apprenticeship early on. I was taught by experienced electricians about the importance of quality electrical work. I continue to find joy in the challenges and distinct skills that electrical work entails.
I have served as Project Manager for some of America's top electrical contracting firms and major international contractors, overseeing projects with electrical scopes exceeding $60 million. Although I love the challenges of large-scale projects and major firms, I decided to launch my own company after relocating to Texas in 2016.
I think the knowledge I acquired from managing extensive projects and portfolios, as well as understanding successful company operations, is best utilized in a venture I can develop from scratch.

Although his former employer was slow, they still provided a steady paycheck. However, he sought more excitement in his work. This is how A.H. Electric was born.
Skyler began his journey in the electrical industry at the age of 12. Skyler remained in the electrical sector until he reached 21, then he served in the military. Following 3.5 years of service in the Army, he went back to electrical work while being part of the Army Reserve. In 2016, he earned his journeyman’s license and is now pursuing his master’s license. Skyler oversees daily operations, manages material orders, ensures quality control, and maintains our online presence.
