I went to Sam Houston State University in 1982, balancing my studies with work as an electrician. I took a break from university to work full-time for an electrical contractor for several years. I returned to SHSU as a licensed Journeyman electrician and secured a position as a Maintenance Electrician. I graduated from SHSU with a BBA in General Business Administration. I also achieved my first Electrical Master’s License with the City of Huntsville during this period. I spent several more years as an electrician on major commercial projects in Killeen and San Antonio. I spent 9 years in Electrical Sales at Summit Electric Supply while in San Antonio. After passing the State Master’s test, I started my business in '04 and now have six trucks on the road.
