Not long ago, we undertook a project for Madnic Construction at 904 West Avenue in downtown Austin; this was a multi-family condominium which garnered several accolades for its advanced electrical solutions utilizing commercial power and solar energy. Residents enjoy low summer bills of just $12, and in winter, the utility company compensates them for excess solar power.
