For nearly a decade, she worked with The City of Dallas, gaining experience in motor and refrigeration circuits, security lighting, hazardous location wiring, and basic electrical work. Anna played a key role in designing, building, and maintaining electrical systems for libraries, fire stations, police stations, and parks.
She left The City the day before her first son was born (she has two grown sons) and decided to shift her focus to her family. As her children were growing up, Anna handled small projects while her mother looked after them. More jobs came her way, and by the time the boys started preschool, Anna had established a small business.
