Eventually, Mr. Stephens decided to step back to someone who could uphold the same standards he had built. David Bragg was that individual.
In the year 1982, Mr. Stephens invited Mr. Bragg to take over the business. Certainly, David saw this as a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to take charge of a respected company and seized the opportunity.
During 1986, David saw that the expanding company needed to diversify its services, so he established the business under the name “Stephenville Electric, Inc.”.
I relocated to Stephenville to attend Tarleton State University, settled down, raised a family, and called it home. I proudly call this town home, and owning my own business brings me joy. This venture has opened many opportunities to grow and develop not only my business but also a community of friends. We began with electrical services and grew to include Watson Insulation under the same management. I anticipate more growth this year with the launch of Solar Power.
