To summarize, my father founded Duncan Electric Co. in 2003. We completed numerous projects in Austin and the surrounding areas for eight years. Like many small contractors, we were adversely affected by the recession and never completely recovered.

I had the honor of leading several remarkable projects, both as a member of Duncan Electric Company and as a subcontractor. Two projects I found particularly rewarding were The Westin in downtown Austin and (512) Brewing Company. I held roles as an Electrical Inspector in the oil fields and as an Install Manager for Erus Solar. When I grew weary of traveling, I took a position as a Project Manager for a large Commercial Contractor.
