In the beginning, Wiley had an inherent talent for all things mechanically inclined and a true passion for wind energy, having spent his youth on a property in a adjacent area. Lois D'Spain grew up in the eastern part of Texas and eventually came to Bandera, TX after a charming visit one year. Together, they had been married for more than two decades before founding the enterprise. Wiley D'Spain handled all of the AC, appliance systems, and water well sales and services and support, while she handled all the accounting tasks. Putting in nights and weekends after her other full-time job, Lois oversaw all the bookkeeping and financial tasks of the business.
