She was raised in the eastern part of Texas and later moved to Bandera after a charming visit one summer. Together, they had been in union for 23 years before launching the enterprise. Wiley D'Spain performed all of the HVAC, appliance services, and well water offerings and support, while Lois D'Spain performed all the bookkeeping responsibilities.
