Our Austin license dates back to 1982, originally working on the revitalization of downtown Austin, converting historical structures into dining and retail spaces. Throughout the decades, we have transitioned from mostly commercial to mainly residential work, taking pride in finishing projects for homeowners, ensuring their homes are safer, elevating their living standards and getting their new installations up and running. We still serve some commercial clients, such as a major silk screen and embroidery business, numerous restaurants, hotels, many property managers, and remodel contractors.

A South Dakota native, I obtained my license in Austin in 1982. While I wasn't born in Texas, I made my way here as soon as I could! Coming from a family of electrical contractors, I started working in the field during my teenage years. In 1976, at the age of 24, I successfully passed my first Master Electrical Contractor test. I am a proud parent of four adult children, and I currently have four grandchildren and one great-granddaughter. During my spare time, I often volunteer with Habitat for Humanity, or running in local fun runs that benefit various charities.

My expertise lies in minor residential repairs, including the installation of ceiling fans, light fixtures, disposals, toilets, sinks, and drains. I can also address leaking toilet valves and faucets, carry out tile repairs, and take care of floor and backsplash tiling. I provide drywall repair and texture services, trim carpentry, painting, and caulking. I can also assemble DIY furniture.

I have operated as a residential remodeling contractor since 1983, specializing in handyman services in Oak Hill since 2009. In 1996, I became a homeowner in Oak Hill and undertook significant remodeling for my extended family. I have strong ties to the Oak Hill community through my HOA and served as an OHAN board member from 2000 to 2009.

I grew up on the East Coast before relocating to Austin in 1973. I settled in Granada Hills in Oak Hill in 1996, where I lived with my daughter and grandchildren until they graduated. My loved ones still reside in Austin. I have enjoyed marriage since 2009.
