Tony and Cynthia Thrasher, the owners, launched the business in 2004 after Tony graduated with honors from the Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Mechanics program at Greenville Technical College. Their initial focus was on buying distressed properties, making repairs, and then selling them for profit. In response to the housing market decline, Tony pursued further education, securing licenses as a Residential Builder and Residential HVAC technician, and graduated with honors with his Associate's Degree. In 2006, we shifted our focus to the residential heating and air conditioning market. In 2011, we became Thrasher's Heating & Air, Inc., and we continue to grow our market share by providing excellent service at competitive prices while maintaining a fair profit.
