I began my journey right after high school in 1990. My training helped me obtain my first role with a construction business in Greenville, SC. I progressed through trade schools and moved up the ladder. I ultimately became part of a leading global construction firm, where I worked as a Foreman until COVID-19 changed the landscape.
I recognized this as an ideal time to pursue different avenues. After observing friends having difficulty securing trustworthy workers for their homes, and facing these problems firsthand, I was inspired to launch Rent A Guy Upstate alongside my daughter and youngest son.
As of March 1, 2022, we have been in operation for 10 days. During this brief period, we have successfully completed 5 or 6 jobs. Our current priority is addressing our largest hurdle: advertising. We hope you will consider us and give us the chance to prove our worth. We appreciate your time!
