I launched this company on February 14, the day my youngest son turned three. I bring eight years of professional assembly experience, allowing me to build just about anything. My background includes 16 years in basic household services, plumbing, and electrical tasks.

The inspiration behind my business is my passion for constructing things with my boys. My goal is to ensure a stable and rewarding life for my family. We work on small personal projects together, which helps us bond and teaches them about the business. I love sharing new experiences with them and hope it encourages them to pass on these lessons to their families someday.

With a background spanning over 25 years in construction, I have been employed by major construction companies across the country. I bring this expertise to my new venture, and I encourage you to give us the opportunity to showcase our skills.
I began my journey right after high school in 1990. My training helped me obtain my first role with a construction business in Greenville, SC. I progressed through trade schools and moved up the ladder. I ultimately became part of a leading global construction firm, and I held the Foreman position until the pandemic halted operations.
I realized this was a good moment to explore new paths. Having seen friends face challenges in finding quality service for their homes, and experiencing similar issues myself, I was inspired to launch Rent A Guy Upstate alongside my daughter and youngest son.
As of March 1, 2022, we have been in operation for 10 days. In this short time, we have accomplished 5 or 6 successful projects. Our current priority is addressing our largest hurdle: advertising. We hope you will consider us and give us the chance to prove our worth. Thank you for your support!
