Daniel started his journey at Reliable Heating & Air as a teenager, where he contributed to duct cleaning crews, service teams, and the installation department over time. Upon graduating from college, he came back to work in the sales and design team, acquiring the skills necessary to eventually lead the company as Dan transitions it to the next generation.
In 1999, at just 14 years old, Daniel started his career with Reliable, riding along with his dad, Dan Jape, to assist customers with their heating and cooling concerns. Over the years, he has taken on numerous roles at Reliable, gaining comprehensive knowledge of the business. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a minor in Marketing from Reinhardt University. Baseball played a significant role in his upbringing, from receiving recognition on a scholar team to having a hitting facility named after him (the Daniel Jape Hitting Facility), making his father proud. His accomplishments continued post-school as he received Reinhardt's 10 Under 10 Award, which recognizes the top 10 alumni for their achievements in business, military, and nonprofit sectors. He and his wife live in North Cherokee County with their two lovely daughters. In his leisure time, he likes weightlifting, boating, baseball, and playing with his daughters.
