I began my journey right after high school in 1990. Through my schooling, I landed my initial job with a construction company in Greenville, SC. From there, I advanced through trade schools and climbed the ranks. Eventually, I joined one of the largest construction companies globally, serving as a Foreman until the pandemic disrupted everything.
I decided it was time to seek new opportunities. After observing friends having difficulty securing trustworthy workers for their homes, and going through the same challenges, the idea to start Rent A Guy Upstate with my daughter and youngest son came to me.
We officially opened our doors on March 1, 2022, marking 10 days of service. During this brief period, we have successfully completed 5 or 6 jobs. Our current priority is addressing our largest hurdle: advertising. We appreciate your consideration and hope to show you what we can achieve. Thank you for your support!
