His journey started as an electrician's apprentice in December 1999. He finished the local Associated Builders and Contractors Electrical Training four-year program in 2004 with a record of Highest Class GPA and 4 years of Perfect Attendance. He achieved certification as a Generac factory repair technician in 2008, but he has worked on repairing Generac generators since 2002.

His expertise includes residential, business, and commercial lighting; electric motors and control systems; electrical troubleshooting; generators; phone and cable installation and termination; air conditioning and power controls; inverters and energy inverters; domestic and commercial air conditioning and heating; natural gas fuel systems; and in recent years, servicing solar power generation systems.

I gained experience at a large electrical contractor, Rex Moore Electrical Contractors and Engineers, completing my apprenticeship there. Five years later, I earned my journeyman electrician certification. In 1996, I passed the master electrician licensing exam in Gulfport, Mississippi. I started my company, Dale’s Electric, in May of 1996.
