Focusing on new construction, Mr. Surgi played a key role in developing the Metairie, Kenner, Slidell, and Mandeville/Covington suburbs of New Orleans. Ownership of Surgi's changed hands in 1995, now led by Debra and Craig Johnson. Mr. Johnson is licensed as a Mechanical Contractor in Louisiana and has all necessary licenses for Orleans, Jefferson, St. Bernard, St. Tammany, St. John's, and St. Charles Parishes. He and his wife Debra, along with their children Evan and Rachael, call the New Orleans area home.
