I began by shaping and glassing surfboards, but after marrying my lovely wife, Peggy, and starting a family, I decided to shift my career. I gained experience working with my best friend, Craig, who had taken up the electrical trade shortly before me. After becoming licensed, I established Paumalu Electric. Today, I operate the business with three of my sons and two other highly skilled young men. While the company has grown and earned respect, I still make it a point to surf whenever I can.
