My journey started in my teenage years through participation in electrical competitions. I participated at the regional, state, and nationally levels. I was fortunate to achieve first place in the state two years in a row for Georgia and secured third in the national event. Ever since, I was determined to establish my own electrical business. Following my time under various experienced electricians for years, I decided it was time to start my own venture. In 2019, I met and got married in 2022. Our daughter, Stella Grace, was born in 2023, which slowed down my business plans. I’ve always done electrical work on the side to care for my little family. However, it has always been my passion to pursue electrical work full-time. And here I stand with Oshields Electric. This is my step to improve my family’s life and with the hope of improving the lives of everyone I interact with.

I grew up in North Georgia. From my high school competition days and working in the electrical industry after finishing school, I’ve harbored a strong love for electrical work. I used to do business and large-scale electrical work as an employee of Georgia Power. Yet, nothing fulfills me like engaging in home electrical services. Interacting with clients directly is always my preferred part of this work. I feel that building personal relationships with my clients is of equal significance as upholding a professional rapport. I refuse to be merely another electrical contractor who shows up at your home, completes the work, and only talks about how much you owe. I hold the belief that you can run a professional business while also providing the care that is often missing in today’s market.
