My journey started in my teenage years by competing in electrical competitions. I participated at the local, statewide, and nationally stages. I was able to achieve the state title two years in a row for Georgia and placed a top-three finish in the national competition. Since then, I was determined to start my own electrical business. After gaining experience under many skilled electricians for years, I decided it was time to go out on my own. I was introduced to my amazing wife, Taylor, in 2019 and we married in 2022. In 2023, we welcomed our daughter, Stella Grace, which put a hold on my business plans. I continued to do electrical jobs part-time to support my little family. Still, it has always been my goal to pursue electrical work full-time. Now, I am with Oshields Electric. This is my step to improve my family’s life and hopefully making a difference in everyone I serve.

I was raised in North Georgia. Since my days in high school competitions and my experience in the electrical trade after graduation, I’ve developed a strong love for the electrical trade. I have experience in business and industrial electrical work as an associate of Georgia Power. Yet, nothing fulfills me like doing residential electrical work. Meeting customers face-to-face is consistently my preferred part of this job. I know that developing personal connections with my clients is equally important as establishing a business relationship. I don’t aim to just another electrical contractor who arrives at your home, finishes the task, and only talks about how much you owe. I believe that you can run a professional business while also delivering the care that many places lack today.
