I grew up in Georgia and graduated from North Gwinnett High School in 2001. Since 2005, I have been married and have two kids. I have loved electrical work since my high school years. I enjoy working with my hands, whether it’s fixing, designing, or installing electrical systems, from outlets to lighting. I take great satisfaction in being inventive, thinking outside the box, and resolving issues that others deem unresolvable.

Founded in May 2023 by Charles V. Peterson Jr., I²T Inspections And Electrical Services Starting as an electrical apprentice in high school, Mr. Peterson pursued a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Alabama A&M University, a M.S. in Power Systems Engineering from the University of Kentucky, and an MBA in Business Management from the Florida Institute of Technology. Mr. Peterson combined his 20 years of experience as an electrician, inspector, field service engineer, maintenance engineer, power systems engineer, project manager, and design engineer to deliver outstanding service to clients. We began in the late 70s with home as well as business electrical work. In the early 1980s, we focused our electrical services mostly on home, apartment complexes plus commercial buildings in the state of Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, AL, and FL. At present, we continue to provide residential, commercial, and services for industrial clients in the Central Savannah River Area with a top rating from the BBB.

My journey in the electrical field in 1969. Three years later, I joined MCG as a licensed electrician until 1978 when I passed the state board examination to earn my license as a Master Electrician in Georgia. Following this, I left MCG and P&T Electric, Inc. in 1978. I bring a wealth of experience with home, business, governmental, as well as industrial electrical work. We have completed new wiring installations including service repairs in homes, apartments, business facilities, retail complexes, theaters, healthcare facilities, laboratories, research centers, credit unions, restaurants, boutiques, municipal facilities, production facilities, outdoor lighting, among other projects.
