B and O Electric Company was founded in 1974 by Clyde Ognio and Marion Bennett. The early work of the company involved church and school projects. Marion Bennett left the company in the late 1970s to work for General Motors. The company was officially incorporated as B and O Electric Company Inc. in Georgia on March 22, 1984. As we grew, we discovered a stronger interest in industrial projects over our earlier work.
