Jerry L Martin, the president and license holder, originally hails from Highland, Indiana. In 1970, his father retired, prompting the family to move to Lee County, Florida. Jerry completed his education at Ft Myers Middle School and graduated from Ft Myers High School in 1977. Over the years, Jerry has actively supported youth athletics in Lee County. He has coached youth soccer for the Cape Coral Soccer Association and youth basketball with the Youth Basketball Association of Lee County (YBA). Additionally, he supports Bishop Verot High School and its athletic programs.

The secretary/treasurer, Debbie Martin, comes from Elizabethtown, Kentucky. Her family moved to Lee County, Florida in 1972 due to a job transfer. She graduated from Ft Myers High School in 1979 and earned a BS degree in Finance from the University of South Florida.

In 1980, Jerry and Debbie met and were married in 1982. They welcomed their only child, Nick, in 1984. Nick completed his education at Bishop Verot High School in 2003 and graduated from the University of South Florida in 2008.
