Jerry L Martin, the president and license holder, originally hails from Highland, Indiana. After his father retired in 1970, the family relocated to Lee County, Florida. He went to Ft Myers Middle School and graduated from Ft Myers High School in 1977. Jerry has dedicated time to supporting youth athletics in Lee County over the years. He has coached youth soccer for the Cape Coral Soccer Association and youth basketball with the Youth Basketball Association of Lee County (YBA). Moreover, he is a supporter of Bishop Verot High School and its athletic programs.

The secretary/treasurer, Debbie Martin, comes from Elizabethtown, Kentucky. Her family moved to Lee County, Florida in 1972 due to a job transfer. Debbie is a 1979 graduate of Ft Myers High School and has a BS degree in Finance from the University of South Florida.

Jerry and Debbie crossed paths in 1980 and got married in 1982. They welcomed their only child, Nick, in 1984. Nick graduated from Bishop Verot High School in 2003 and from the University of South Florida in 2008.
