The president and license holder, Jerry L Martin, is originally from Highland, Indiana. In 1970, following his father's retirement, the family moved to Lee County, Florida. He went to Ft Myers Middle School and graduated from Ft Myers High School in 1977. Jerry has dedicated time to supporting youth athletics in Lee County over the years. He has coached youth soccer for the Cape Coral Soccer Association and youth basketball with the Youth Basketball Association of Lee County (YBA). He also provides support to Bishop Verot High School and its athletic teams.

Debbie Martin, the secretary/treasurer, is originally from Elizabethtown, Kentucky. Debbie's family moved to Lee County, Florida, in 1972 as a result of a job transfer. Debbie is a 1979 graduate of Ft Myers High School and has a BS degree in Finance from the University of South Florida.

Jerry and Debbie crossed paths in 1980 and got married in 1982. In 1984, they had their only child, Nick. In 2003, Nick graduated from Bishop Verot High School and went on to graduate from the University of South Florida in 2008.
