The president and license holder, Jerry L Martin, is originally from Highland, Indiana. In 1970, his father retired, prompting the family to move to Lee County, Florida. Jerry completed his education at Ft Myers Middle School and graduated from Ft Myers High School in 1977. Over the years, Jerry has actively supported youth athletics in Lee County. Jerry has been a youth soccer coach in the Cape Coral Soccer Association and has also coached youth basketball through the Youth Basketball Association of Lee County (YBA). He also provides support to Bishop Verot High School and its athletic teams.

The secretary/treasurer, Debbie Martin, comes from Elizabethtown, Kentucky. Her family moved to Lee County, Florida in 1972 due to a job transfer. Debbie graduated from Ft Myers High School in 1979 and holds a BS degree in Finance from the University of South Florida.
