The president and license holder, Jerry L Martin, is originally from Highland, Indiana. In 1970, his father retired, prompting the family to move to Lee County, Florida. He went to Ft Myers Middle School and graduated from Ft Myers High School in 1977. Jerry has dedicated time to supporting youth athletics in Lee County over the years. He has coached youth soccer with the Cape Coral Soccer Association and youth basketball through the Youth Basketball Association of Lee County (YBA). Moreover, he is a supporter of Bishop Verot High School and its athletic programs.

The secretary/treasurer, Debbie Martin, comes from Elizabethtown, Kentucky. Her family moved to Lee County, Florida in 1972 due to a job transfer. Debbie is a 1979 graduate of Ft Myers High School and has a BS degree in Finance from the University of South Florida.

In 1980, Jerry and Debbie met and were married in 1982. They welcomed their only child, Nick, in 1984. Nick graduated from Bishop Verot High School in 2003 and from the University of South Florida in 2008.
