In 2009, I, George Sanchez, launched Excel Electric LLC. After being laid off from my previous job, I chose to activate my master's license and create Excel Electric out of necessity. Given the few employment opportunities available, I took on any jobs I could find, and gradually, building relationships one at a time, we developed a large client base focused on customer needs.

As we built relationships, our team and business also grew. I believe our employees are the reason for our success. We love our work and take pride in our craftsmanship. I began my career in the trade in 1999, right after high school. I had the privilege of learning from top Journeymen and Master Electricians in the field. The knowledge and leadership of these professionals have greatly contributed to my achievements. During my apprenticeship, I completed a degree at the American Builders & Contractors Institute in their Electrical Apprenticeship Program, a four-year curriculum that provided me with the skills to implement the National Electrical Code in actual work environments.

As the years went by, I climbed the ranks from helper to apprentice, then to lead Journeyman, and finally to Master Electrician. Following numerous years of running my crew effectively, the economy declined, and I needed to find work. I reactivated my master's license and established Excel Electric LLC, and I emphasize the same quality standards in our employees that have guided my journey.
