Our state-certified licensed electrical contractor, Guillermo Paredes, entered the electrical field in 1998 following his honorable discharge from the U.S. Navy. He started his career as an electrical apprentice, working on home wiring until he had the experience to rise to the position of electrical foreman. From there, he expanded into commercial electrical work, contributing to projects in schools, hospitals, and shopping centers. In 2017, after successfully passing his state-certified electrical exam, Guillermo founded Jeec Electric.

He planted the idea that everyone deserves respect, dignity, and kindness simply for being human.

This strong work ethic was passed down to my father, Kenneth Tarr, who departed the family farm in 1954, carrying big dreams despite limited resources. Though he had little, he upheld the family legacy of hard work and dedication. He learned the electrical trade through hard work and passed that knowledge on to me. I started my journey in the electrical field at the age of eight, learning from his expertise. I was blessed with a son, giving me the chance to carry on our family tradition.
