My grandfather's values were handed down to my father, Kenneth Tarr, who moved from the family farm in 1954, driven by dreams and determination. Even with limited means, he carried forward the family tradition of hard work and commitment. He learned the electrical trade through hard work and passed that knowledge on to me. I began working in electrical tasks at eight, guided by his teachings. I, too, was fortunate to have a son, allowing me to continue our family legacy.
