During the 1980s, after some time facing challenging market situations in the northeastern United States, Arthur and Marie, accompanied by their 21-year-old son Greg, took the life-changing step of shifting to South Florida.

After arriving in Coral Springs, Arthur earned his state Master Plumbing Certification and on August 15, 1983, the D'Attile family created Art Plumbing.

Come 1990, the firm concentrated its efforts on customer service, fixing, installations, clog removal, and care of pipes for business, industrial, and domestic settings. In 1996, the company added its services to include cooling and indoor air quality, and as of 2016, it incorporated electric solutions, rebranding as Art Plumbing, AC & Electric.

At present, Art Plumbing, AC & Electric is South Florida's company for residential and business water systems, air conditioning, and electric solutions.

I am a third-generation contractor, I’ve been living and nurtured a family in Coral Springs since 1983.

During this time, I’ve had the opportunity to engage with various industry associations, as well as City and government councils, such as the local plumbing licensing board, President of the Florida Association of Plumbing Heating Cooling Contractors, and currently function as the leader of the Broward County Board of Rules and Appeals.

Additionally, I have had the honor to mentor a variety of youth sports teams over the years, too many to count to mention here. My belief is in the principle of treating others well, “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” We have been caring for the Coral Springs community and this area since 1983, and it is our privilege to give back to the neighborhoods that we reside in, operate in, and spend time in.

Owner Aaron Just earned his initial master's certification in Nineteen ninety-three while in NY at the age of twenty-six, now holds licenses in Florida and North Carolina. This milestone represents his 31 year year in the trade.
The owner, Aaron Just has over 30 years in the industry and takes part in every assignment. Aaron has held a Masters electrical license since 1993 at just twenty-six. Aaron first opened his first location in Buffalo, New York post his education in trade school before moving to Southern California, and for the past 15 years operating in Florida's southern region. Most recently, he obtained a license in the state of North Carolina. He dedicated a couple of years teaching regulations and the techniques for creating, and setting up solar installations at the United States Solar Institute and additionally has a diploma from the Board of Education in photovoltaic systems.
