Jerry L Martin, the president and license holder, originally hails from Highland, Indiana. After his father retired in 1970, the family relocated to Lee County, Florida. He went to Ft Myers Middle School and graduated from Ft Myers High School in 1977. Over the years, Jerry has actively supported youth athletics in Lee County. Jerry has been a youth soccer coach in the Cape Coral Soccer Association and has also coached youth basketball through the Youth Basketball Association of Lee County (YBA). Additionally, he supports Bishop Verot High School and its athletic programs.

The secretary/treasurer, Debbie Martin, comes from Elizabethtown, Kentucky. Debbie's family moved to Lee County, Florida, in 1972 as a result of a job transfer. She graduated from Ft Myers High School in 1979 and earned a BS degree in Finance from the University of South Florida.

In 1980, Jerry and Debbie met and were married in 1982. In 1984, they had their only child, Nick. Nick completed his education at Bishop Verot High School in 2003 and graduated from the University of South Florida in 2008.
