Robert has always been passionate about serving the community. During 1992, Robert became a fire service professional and quickly earned respect within the fire department in New York City. Following 10 years of dedicated service, Robert sought new paths to serve those around him while offering employment opportunities and a foundation for his loved ones. With this vision, Robert retired from the fire department in 2002 and opened his own company, Sun Electric Works, Inc in the Bronx, NY. In the same year, he wed Margie.

It was not long before this skilled electrician expanded his modest venture into a renowned and bustling electrical service firm. In 2006, the Biscardis decided to move their family and the family business to sunny South Florida in seeking the climate and it is known for - providing new meaning to the business name!
