Jerry completed his education at Ft Myers Middle School and graduated from Ft Myers High School in 1977. Jerry has dedicated time to supporting youth athletics in Lee County over the years. Jerry has been a youth soccer coach in the Cape Coral Soccer Association and has also coached youth basketball through the Youth Basketball Association of Lee County (YBA). He also provides support to Bishop Verot High School and its athletic teams.

Debbie Martin, the secretary/treasurer, is originally from Elizabethtown, Kentucky. Debbie's family moved to Lee County, Florida, in 1972 as a result of a job transfer. Debbie graduated from Ft Myers High School in 1979 and holds a BS degree in Finance from the University of South Florida.

In 1980, Jerry and Debbie met and were married in 1982. They welcomed their only child, Nick, in 1984. Nick completed his education at Bishop Verot High School in 2003 and graduated from the University of South Florida in 2008.
