In 2009, I, George Sanchez, launched Excel Electric LLC. After being laid off from my previous job, I decided to activate my master's license and start Excel Electric out of necessity. Given the few employment opportunities available, I took on any jobs I could find, and over the years, by nurturing relationships, we developed a large client base focused on customer needs.

As our relationships flourished, so did our team and our business. Our employees are the cornerstone of our success, in my view. We are passionate about our trade and take pride in our quality. My journey in the electrical field started in 1999, right after I finished high school. I was fortunate to work alongside exceptional Journeymen and Master Electricians. The guidance and skills of these mentors have played a crucial role in my success. While I was an apprentice, I also earned a degree from the American Builders & Contractors Institute Electrical Apprenticeship Program, a four-year curriculum that provided me with the skills to implement the National Electrical Code in actual work environments.

As time progressed, I moved up from helper to apprentice, then to lead Journeyman, and ultimately to Master Electrician. After many successful years managing my crew, the economy faltered, and I was in search of employment. I decided to activate my master's license and start Excel Electric LLC, instilling in all our employees the same standards of workmanship that have brought me to where I am today.
