I soon realized that offering installation was essential, as customers often asked for installer referrals and I observed the inadequate work performed by electricians and handymen. Combining the sale with the installation served everyone well, as we consistently took responsibility. It was clear-cut.
We changed our name to Naples Lighting & Fan Depot in September 2006 to more accurately reflect what we sell. This change propelled us to achieve record sales year after year.
