In 1985, Lynco was established as Lynco Electrical. Jeffrey Lynn, the owner, earned his Master's License in Electrical in 1984. Lynco Electric provided electrical services to condominium associations, property management firms, and high-rise buildings. Lynco Fire & Alarm Corp. was established in 2006 to address the growing need for life safety system installations. Currently, Lynco Fire is actively involved in new fire alarm system installations and retrofitting existing systems to comply with current codes. We offer repair services and monitoring solutions. We hold U.L. certification. Our Electrical Division engages in commercial service work and new installations.

Jeff has been an electrician since he was fourteen. With help from an electrical contractor who was a family friend, he wired an apartment in the attic of the neighboring house. Following high school, Jeff enlisted in the Navy to ensure his safety during the Vietnam War. He served as an airborne radar operator aboard the USS Intrepid. Jeff was highly trained in electronics.

Post-Navy, Jeff started his electrician career in Flemington, New Jersey, with a starting wage of $4.10 an hour. As is common for electricians, Jeff worked his way up in the trade. He chose his employers wisely, aiming to stay with commercial and industrial firms. He is proficient in every phase of electrical systems.

In 1985, Jeff obtained his Master Electrical License. He launched Lynco Electrical and subsequently created Lynco Fire & Alarm. Jeff has been married for 29 years and has two children, Jason and Jessica, along with a granddaughter named Jelisa.
