The president and license holder, Jerry L Martin, is originally from Highland, Indiana. In 1970, his father retired, prompting the family to move to Lee County, Florida. He went to Ft Myers Middle School and graduated from Ft Myers High School in 1977. Throughout the years, Jerry has been involved in supporting youth sports in Lee County. He has coached youth soccer for the Cape Coral Soccer Association and youth basketball with the Youth Basketball Association of Lee County (YBA). Additionally, he supports Bishop Verot High School and its athletic programs.

The secretary/treasurer, Debbie Martin, comes from Elizabethtown, Kentucky. In 1972, her family relocated to Lee County, Florida, because of a job transfer. Debbie graduated from Ft Myers High School in 1979 and holds a BS degree in Finance from the University of South Florida.

Jerry and Debbie met in 1980 and tied the knot in 1982. Their only child, Nick, was born in 1984. Nick completed his education at Bishop Verot High School in 2003 and graduated from the University of South Florida in 2008.
