The president and license holder, Jerry L Martin, is originally from Highland, Indiana. In 1970, his father retired, prompting the family to move to Lee County, Florida. Jerry completed his education at Ft Myers Middle School and graduated from Ft Myers High School in 1977. Jerry has dedicated time to supporting youth athletics in Lee County over the years. He has coached youth soccer for the Cape Coral Soccer Association and youth basketball with the Youth Basketball Association of Lee County (YBA). He also provides support to Bishop Verot High School and its athletic teams.

The secretary/treasurer, Debbie Martin, comes from Elizabethtown, Kentucky. Debbie's family moved to Lee County, Florida, in 1972 as a result of a job transfer. Debbie is a 1979 graduate of Ft Myers High School and has a BS degree in Finance from the University of South Florida.

Jerry and Debbie crossed paths in 1980 and got married in 1982. In 1984, they had their only child, Nick. Nick completed his education at Bishop Verot High School in 2003 and graduated from the University of South Florida in 2008.
